In light of our race looking a little different in 2021, we have created this page outlining all of the information you need to know.
Safety is our top priority, and be assured that we are taking extra precautions to ensure the race can happen under the circumstances this year.
We are continuing to keep a close eye on the ongoing situation with changes in guidelines and restrictions, and any updates will be posted to our social channels, so please do be sure to keep an eye out for updates.
Can I register for the race on the day?
Entries on the day will only be available if the race hasn’t sold out. The event normally sells out at least a few weeks in advance so the only way to guarantee your place in the race is to enter online.
I've registered for the race but I can no longer run, can I get a refund?
You can get a refund up to and including 9 August 2021. After this date it is not possible to offer refunds as most of the costs of the race will have been paid. All profits from the race go to charity. This year the race is supporting Micro Rainbow International.
If the race is cancelled due to COVID-19 then we will provide runners with a full refund.
How old do you have to be to take part in the Pride Run?
You have to be 15 years old on the day of the race to be able to take part in the 10k race.
How do I know my race entry has been successful?
You will receive a confirmation email from RunBritain letting you know that the payment has been successful.
Within one week you will also receive an email from the Pride 10k Committee welcoming you to the 2021 race.
I was supposed to receive my race number in the post. It’s a week before the race and the number hasn’t arrived yet. What should I do?
Don’t panic. Email the Race Secretary and let them know. You will be able to pick up a replacement number on the day. Email [email protected]
Is the kids race happening in 2021?
Due to the restrictions already being implemented on the main Pride Run 10k run this year, it is not possible for us to host the kids race under the circumstances. We still encourage you and your families to come along and support our runners in the spirit of the race and enjoy the event.
